Restorative yoga is a passion of hers, allowing the body to rejuvenate through postures and breathing techniques.
Linda’s vision is for yoga to be accessible for everyone — no matter their athletic ability, previous injuries or experience. Drawing on her nursing knowledge, she can assist students in finding modifications of poses that work for them.
